Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026 · Last updated August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arizona Dads LLC (“Arizona Dads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or interact with the Arizona Dads Business Directory (the “Directory”).
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Directory and communications directly related to it. The Directory links to azdads.life, listed businesses, social networks, and other third-party services. Membership applications, account creation, event registration, and payments are completed outside the Directory. When you leave the Directory, the privacy notice and terms presented by the destination service govern its collection and use of information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and business role.
- Business-listing information, including company details, owner or representative information, service areas, licenses, websites, social links, logos, photographs, and descriptions.
- Messages, feedback, correction requests, applications, and other information you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Directory, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times, and interactions with links or features. We may use cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies for these purposes.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from Arizona Dads members, business representatives, public business records, publicly available websites and social profiles, service providers, and community administrators. Business representatives are responsible for ensuring they may provide information submitted for a listing.
Information the Directory is not designed to collect
The Directory is not designed to collect payment-card information, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information. Payments and membership applications initiated through Directory links are handled on azdads.life or by the applicable payment or service provider.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Directory;
- Review, verify, publish, update, organize, and remove business listings;
- Respond to questions, requests, disputes, and support needs;
- Measure traffic, search activity, outbound referrals, and listing performance;
- Communicate about the Directory, Arizona Dads membership, community opportunities, and policy or service updates;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Use;
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Arizona Dads, our users, listed businesses, and others; and
- Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Public listings. Information approved for a business profile is made public and may be indexed, cached, copied, or displayed by search engines and other services.
- Service providers. Vendors may process information for hosting, analytics, communications, security, maintenance, and other services on our behalf.
- Arizona Dads operations. Information may be shared with authorized administrators, contractors, affiliates, and community operators who need it to perform their duties.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
- Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
- With direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies may help the Directory function, remember preferences, understand use, measure referrals, and maintain security. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but some features may not work as intended. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry; where legally required and technically supported, we will honor applicable browser-based privacy signals.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining the Directory, managing listings and relationships, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and protecting against fraud or abuse. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information and the reason it was collected. Public listing information may remain in search-engine caches or third-party archives after we update or remove it.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to know or access the personal information associated with you, correct inaccurate information, delete information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Where applicable, you may also opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. A listed business may request a profile correction or removal, although we may retain limited records when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
Submit a request by emailing hello@azdads.life with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information—such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information—through general Directory communications.
9. Children’s privacy
The Directory is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
10. Third-party services and listed businesses
Listed businesses and linked services operate independently from Arizona Dads. Their privacy practices, communications, transactions, and services are governed by their own policies and agreements. We encourage you to review those terms before providing information or doing business with them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Directory or another reasonable method.
12. Contact us
Questions or privacy requests may be submitted to Arizona Dads LLC at hello@azdads.life. Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.
